From North: 65 South to the MLK/West Street Exit. Travel to Indiana Avenue and make LEFT. Our building is on the right side of the street.

From South: 65 North to the MLK/West Street Exit. Make LEFT off exit. Travel to Indiana Avenue and make LEFT. Our building is on the right side of the street.

You may park either at the meters located on Indiana Avenue or free parking is available directly across our rear entry (Michigan Street) on the street between Girls, Inc. and the Indiana Sports Medicine building. Complimentary parking is available for guests with procedures for two hours or longer. Please ask our staff for details.
